Robyn Gray is Founder and Principal of Get Real Get Results.
As a passionate sales practitioner, Robyn has frequently been referred to as a sales person with a head for marketing and a marketing person completely sales-focussed. Robyn believes the key to successful sales is a distinct mix of leading edge thought leadership and good old fashioned principles and actions, plus the human factor. This involves getting into the other person’s world, understanding what problems they have, what problems they solve and positioning every action inside a key corporate communications message.
In her last real job, Robyn was Travel Industry Sales and Services Manager - where she was a key creator and leader of the Indirect Channel Management Program (CHAMP) - and Project Manager Holidays for the Ansett Australia / Air New Zealand Group. Robyn was also the first externally appointed Agency Sales Manager to the airline.
In addition, Robyn has held a number of senior leadership roles within the travel industry in both Australia and New Zealand including State Manager STA Travel SA, Marketing Manager STA Travel New Zealand, General Manager STS (NZ) Ltd and State Manager for the Australian Federation of Travel Agents (SA).
Robyn has a Diploma in Freelance Journalism, a Certificate in Public Relations, is a sales technician and connector and has significant experience in business process improvement, change management, transformation strategy and demand generation.
Robyn is a Graduate of the Landmark Education Team Management and Leadership Program, and dedicates much of her spare time to community activities; including coaching in both personal and professional development.
Robyn’s passion is seeing businesses flourish and prosper through creating blisteringly clear sales plans, improving sales and marketing effectiveness and designing information to ensure every step in the demand generation process is part of a greater corporate communications strategy.
In 2009, Robyn became an accredited seller and deliverer of MathMarketing’s proven B2B marketing training, Funnel Academy and facilitated planning program Funnel Camp.
