Funnel Factor - Gameplay
Split your audience into teams and instantly turn your event into a dynamic and competitive marketplace, where team members come together to out-strategise their colleagues.
Our facilitator will kick off your event with a little theory and a lot of fun, as we prepare the group for their first ‘year’ of decisions. As a team, they’ll decide where best to place their resources and how to manage their sales funnel.
Overall, the gameplay will take approximately a quarter of a 2-day Sales kick-off event; allowing time in between ‘years’ for the groups to hear about upcoming campaigns, new products, incentive programs and the like.
At the end of each ‘year’ teams will submit their decisions via MathMarketing provided USBs, and the Funnel Factor™ facilitator will update the leader board, determined by which ‘business’ (team) has the most cash.
As the game progresses, the ‘businesses’ will receive coaching and ‘market intelligence’, informing them of potential key success indicators that will guide them in their future decisions. In addition, they’ll learn valuable Sales & Marketing effectiveness techniques and the power of working in cross-function teams.
To finish, your Sales and Marketing leader will cement the key lessons and tie them back to the realities of your business.
They’ll then announce the winning ‘business’, underscore the key learnings for the day, identify forward actions, and have a bit of a laugh about the internal trivialities of your organisation – and how this is evident in how your teams played together.
With a strong theme throughout the event, highly relevant learning plus loads of fun, you will reap a clear return for your event and a lasting impact for your business.
