Francois Delvaux has over 16 years experience in marketing and sales helping companies to implement business growth strategies both in North America and in Europe. He has assisted clients in B2C (Beverage, Foods, CPG) and B2B (Chemicals, Manufacturing, Logistics, ICT, Wholesale Distribution, Paper, Services) in defining and activating marketing strategies, value and price management, sales effectiveness and enhancing go to market capabilities to drive positive business growth. He enjoys creating common alignment between marketing and sales and build an organization's go-to-market effectiveness. Areas of expertise include:

Francois started his career working for 5 years with Copernicus: the marketing investment strategy group conducting market segmentation research and marketing audits for large Fortune 500 companies. Later he worked for 7 years at Strategic Pricing Group (which merged with Monitor Group) to help companies in US & Europe to better understand the value created from their products and services and deploy the relevant strategies and sales selling to capture this value. Upon his return to Belgium in 2007, Francois joined the management team of The House of Marketing and there he created the consulting practice and managed all sales activities for the firm. In 2010 he co-founded Minds&More, a network of seasoned marketing and sales professionals that work closely with over 20 clients to improve their business growth.

Francois holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. He is a speaker at key professional Marketing events (such as Marketing Council, Professional Pricing Society) on topics such as enhancing marketing performance, value based pricing and selling.
