Daniel Holland
Daniel Holland is a principled, proven and adaptable execution-oriented executive with a strong background in telecommunications, software, technology and innovation. His experience spans over 20 years working with large multi-national firms as well as entrepreneurial start-ups to build and lead teams in product management and marketing, software development, channel development and sales, strategic alliances, professional services and IT Consulting. He is known for creating comprehensive execution plans, and establishing efficient processes and enabling infrastructures to make them blisteringly successful.
The new business initiatives and programs Daniel has planned, designed and executed have generated more than $350 million for his employers, business partners and clients. Daniel’s success is also apparent in the relationships he has cultivated and the partnerships he has initiated, managed and monetized including: BMC Software, Computer Associates, Deloitte Consulting, IBM Global Services, IBM Microelectronics Division, IBM Tivoli, Lenovo, Siemens Enterprise Networks, VeriSign, numerous IT Solution Providers and several promising South Korean high tech companies.
The consulting and advisory services Daniel offers include planning, designing and executing high impact initiatives related to the alignment of Sales and Marketing, and the implementation and acceleration of channel partner models, channel programs and strategic alliances.
Additionally, Daniel has refined a range of proven, re-usable approaches and time-tested execution strategies that can be applied to corporate and business unit strategy, situation analyses, and integrated go-to-market execution planning with channel partners.
The combination of leadership skills, positive attitude, and ability to motivate teams enable Daniel to consistently deliver successful business results. Daniel’s education includes a BA from St. Lawrence University, and graduate studies in the Executive MBA Program at Australia’s Bond University.
