Bill Grubbe

Bill Grubbe, the President of WJG Consulting LLC, leads a dynamic organization that focuses on improving sales team performance by:

  • Implementing proven sales processes;
  • Mentoring newly appointed senior executives; and
  • Consulting on business organizations overall development.

Bill’s experience is broad based having worked globally with Fortune 1000 companies spanning contract services, medical equipment, software, pharmaceuticals, electronics, manufacturing, healthcare, and food production & distribution.

For over 25 years, Bill served in a number of senior executive sales & marketing positions in the contract food service & facilities management services industries. His experience includes working for companies that include Marriott Management Services, ARAMARK, & Compass Group where process implementation has driven outstanding sales results.

Bill has been a practitioner of the Miller Heiman sales processes since 1978 and has been certified to teach their methodologies since 1991. In January of 2000, Bill established his consulting company; with Miller Heiman being a key component of the practice. Bill is currently certified to deliver the complete sales system including Strategic Selling, Conceptual Selling, LAMP, Negotiate Success, & Executive Impact. He has had the first hand experience of helping clients around the world adopt a process-driven, value-added approach to selling their products, services, or solutions.

In 2009, Bill expanded the WJG Consulting LLC portfolio by becoming accredited to sell and deliver MathMarketing’s proven B2B marketing training, Funnel Academy, and the facilitated planning program, Funnel Camp.
