Barbara Byloff is a sales coach for Best Performance Team, and is based in Vienna, Austria. Best Performance Team’s focus is to support sales individuals and sales teams to increase their sales performance.

At PDA Group, she was responsible for the design and delivery of sales, pre-sales and marketing enablement training programs for SAP Partners in Europe and Latin America.

Previously, Barbara has worked as a Senior Consultant for Salesdata Consulting in Vienna, where she oversaw the management of data quality projects, database design and process optimization.

Prior to that, she worked within the Solutions Sales Supply Chain Management division for SAP Austria, where she oversaw the product management of the SAP Supply Chain Management Solution portfolio, particularly in the areas of demand planning and production planning. In this role, she also designed and delivered the MBA course, “IT-enabled Supply Chain Management” at Vienna Business School, and localized the SAP Global Trade Services Solution.

Her engagement with SAP has also seen her work within the Business Development Supply Chain Management division for Central and Eastern Europe, and as a Sales Consultant for SAP’s logistic systems.

Previously, she has also played a consulting role for Oracle Austria and Ploenzke in Vienna, and executed marketing campaigns for CMS in Switzerland.

Barbara holds an Information Science and Marketing degree from Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz in Austria. She is fluent in English, Spanish and French.

In 2010, Barbara became an accredited seller and deliverer of MathMarketing’s proven B2B marketing training, Funnel Academy.
